Our Villa is uniquely positioned to enjoy the best ocean view with sweeping unobstructed sight-lines from sunrise to sunset and overlooks The Links golf course.
The Villa offers 4 bedroom/bathrooms. Contemporary interiors spill out to a brick terrace on one side and an interior courtyard with fireplace on the opposite side. Retreat to the loggia, ease into the private hot tub and enjoy the tranquility. You can stroll to all the resort amenities like pools, bars, restaurants, spa and fitness center. Play golf at the award winning Links executive course for a modest fee. Find family friendly games in the Villa to provide hours of fun. Try your hand at archery at the nearby club or paddle board at the public beach cove.

Master Bedroom 1:
The master bedroom has a king size bed and the en-suite has a soaker tub and separate shower. There is a workspace in the bedroom. French doors lead to the patio and ocean views.
Master Bedroom 2:
King bed and en-suite has a soaker tub and separate shower. This room is upstairs and accessed through the private courtyard. The space is quiet and peaceful with ocean views and has a desk. The separate access provides extra privacy and is a great in-law suite.
Bedroom 3:
This is the smallest room. It has a full bed with a twin trundle, private ADA compliant bathroom, and French doors onto the interior courtyard.
Bedroom 4:
Two full size beds with a private bathroom. There is a private entrance to this room from the side yard.

You can fit two cars in the driveway. You can park on the street with a permit or pay for valet parking.
As a guest in our Villa, you can use all hotel areas and services – the family pool, adult pool, restaurants, gym, golf, kids club, etc.

We are family friendly!
There are art supplies, cards and board games in the sideboard next to the dining table. Help yourself and have fun. In the garage you will find a Peloton stationary bike, 4 bikes, crochet set, volleyballs, 3 scooter, etc. You may have to add air!
There is a roll-away crib in the hallway closet. An extra twin mattress is in the upstairs closet.
Living room fireplace is controlled by the small remote kept on the mantel. The wall buttons do not work for the living room fireplace.
Outdoor fireplace in the courtyard is controlled by the wall plate buttons right outside the front door. Here is the trick – hold the button for 3 seconds and wait…the fire will start 6 seconds later.
Most likely, there is no mandated check-out time for your party. We try not to book another guest the next day so you can leave at your leisure. However, if we do need you to leave by noon so the room can be turned over, you would know ahead of time.

Lock the three doors to the back patio and close the courtyard gate.
